Order Processing Times

All orders are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping.

Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Rates are calculated based on your location and the size of your order.
Estimated Shipping Times (after processing):

Free Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (contact us for pricing)
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal demand.
Local Pickup
If you’re local to our area, we offer free local pickup. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup, along with instructions, pickup hours, and options to arrange an appointment.
Shipping Areas
We currently only ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us directly at steadyrisedesigns@gmail.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your order is with the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your package is missing or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at steadyrisedesigns@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
