Steady Rise Designs provides custom apparel and merchandise services. All content, including logos, designs, images, and written material, is the property of Steady Rise Designs and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
2. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We accept secure online payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, Affirm, and Klarna. Full payment is required before production begins on custom items.

3. Custom Orders
Custom designs are presented to you to review and approve before we begin production. Please double-check all details (design, sizes, colors, etc.) as we cannot make changes once production has started. Because these are personalized items, all sales are final unless there is a defect or error on our part.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Steady Rise Designs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or not as ordered. If there is an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at steadyrisedesigns@gmail.com.
6. Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, logos, or content to be used in your design, you confirm that you have the right to use them. Steady Rise Designs is not responsible for any copyright or trademark issues.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for perfection, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
