At Steady Rise Designs, your satisfaction is our top priority. Each item is custom-made to order, which means we’re unable to offer refunds or returns based on buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products and are happy to help if something isn’t right.

All Sales Are Final

Because our products are made to order, all sales are final. Please double-check sizing, spelling, and design selections before placing your order.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, we’re happy to replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and any packaging

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, we may have already begun production and cannot guarantee cancellation.
